Boizel Este Pure Chardonnay is a blend of Grands and Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs. Each of these crus contributes its own distinguished character: a floral note from Chouilly, the mineralism of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the power of Avize, and the elegant fruit of Vertus. As these Chardonnays mature, they develop the fullness and length that make La Côte an excellent champagne, balancing delicacy and personality.
