The blend showcases a perfect balance between precision and complexity. Boizel Brut Réserve is magnificent as a generous aperitif and remains equally delightful throughout a meal. It pairs especially well with shellfish and grilled fish. **Winemaking** The Brut Réserve cuvée is a blend of Champagne’s three grape varieties: 35 % Chardonnay, chosen for its floral bouquet and elegance; 40 % Pinot Noir, for its finesse and structure; and 25 % Meunier, for its fruitiness and roundness. The grapes come from roughly thirty different cru sites. Only the juice from the first pressing is used.
