Cloudy and golden wine with intense aromas of dried herbs, oxidised apple, and chestnut blossom. On the palate it shows structure, fine tannins and a creamy texture, with balanced earthy, saline and citrus notes. The finish is dry, mineral and deep, with excellent persistence. A white wine with an orange soul, yet its own distinct identity.
