Borges Reserva Dão is a white wine that blends Encruzado, Bical, Malvasia Fina and Fernão Pires. With a clear citrine colour, it offers an elegant and intense aroma, featuring notes of anise, fresh fruits such as pear and pineapple, and a smoky character from barrel ageing. On the palate it shows good volume and structure, with the region’s characteristic acidity that imparts freshness and elegance, resulting in a flavour profile with long longevity. Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges quickly became one of Portugal’s leading wine companies.
