The Australian winemaker Chris Ringland and the Spanish José Luis Chueca collaborated on the creation of Borsao Zarihs, whose name is the reverse spelling of the Shiraz grape. This grape, grown in both Europe and South America as well as Australia, was planted in Borsao’s vineyards in 2002 and adapted perfectly to the climatic conditions of Moncayo, producing a full‑bodied, velvety wine with soft tannins and intoxicating aromas of balsamic notes, black fruit, and toasted nuances.
