Born from the privileged terroir of Quinta de São João Batista, Cabeça de Toiro Terroir Selection is a 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses a unique and sophisticated personality. With a deep and intense ruby color, this wine reveals on the nose a complex bouquet, dominated by aromas of black fruit, such as cherry, blackberry and wild blueberry, with nuances of bell pepper and spice notes. There's also a vegetal note of tomato leaf that complements its aromatic complexity. On the palate, Cabeça de Toiro presents dense tannins and high acidity, conferring a remarkable longevity to the wine.
