This Cabrita is a genuinely cheerful white wine. Made with Arinto and Verdelho, it bursts with an acidity that feels wonderfully natural, thanks to that early harvest at 12 degrees. Expect vibrant notes of white stone fruit and wildflowers, smoothed out by a subtle influence from French oak. Seriously, it’s fantastic with white fish and wouldn’t go amiss with some oysters – a perfect summer lunchtime companion.
