Camaleão Rosé

Description

This “Camaleão” – quite a fitting name, really – bursts with a vibrant nose of raspberry and wild strawberries, clearly conjured from the dreams of the Vinho Verde region. That delicate, saline acidity hints at a truly distinctive terroir, while the careful pressing and controlled fermentation brilliantly preserves the characteristics of its Espadeiro and Vinhão grapes. Seriously, it’s a joy paired with a grilled white fish or a vibrant red berry salad – a little sunshine in a glass!
