Caminhos Cruzados DOP Dão **Vines:** Located in the Terras de Senhorim sub‑region, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted at elevations between 400 m and 500 m on granite soils, with an average vine age of 30 years. **Vinification:** Manual harvest in 15‑kg crates. Grapes are hand‑selected on a choice mat.
