This Capicua Tardia, born from a daring late harvest, seems to have taken a little holiday in the Douro. The noble rot (*Botrytis cinerea*) has gifted it a wonderfully eccentric character – a delightful indulgence – translating into a complex aroma and an unexpectedly sweet finish. A truly rewarding expression from Quinta do Cerrado da Porta, and frankly, a surprisingly elegant result considering its humble beginnings! Paired perfectly with fresh goat cheese, of course.
