Carlos Reynolds Carlos Reynolds, grandson of Gloria Reynolds and son of Julian, is the seventh generation of the Reynolds family in Portugal to produce quality wines in Alentejo. This wine is released earlier than usual at the estate and represents the producer’s entry‑level range. **Viticulture** The focus is on grape quality. Integrated production includes several selective pruning practices to reduce yields to about 4,000 kg ha⁻¹. Harvesting is done at night and grapes are separated by variety. **Enology** The grape bunches are cleaned and fermented separately by variety, without crushing, in French oak barrels from Seguin Moreau. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 12 months. Minimal sulfite use is applied. After fermentation the varieties are blended, bottled, and the wine ages in the bottle for one year at the estate. **Allergen information** Contains sulfites. SKU: 100621
