Fermented in French Seguin Moreau oak balseiros, followed by a year in oak barriques, it showcases the distinctive character of the schistous terroir, reputedly offering ideal drainage and sunlight. Absolutely brilliant with slow-roasted pork or a perfectly grilled chicken breast.”
