Quite the undertaking, this one. 130 hectares devoted to Carvoeiro – a serious commitment, clearly fuelled by a deep love for the land. The result is a white wine that, well, it certainly makes a statement... and perhaps a little boastful about the sheer scale of the vineyard. Seriously, it pairs beautifully with a classic bacalhau à brás – a pairing that truly does justify the wine's ambition.
