This wine seems to have been locked in a rather spirited discussion between its grape varieties – a robust Tinta Francisca, a firm Tinta Roriz, a Touriga Franca bursting with its characteristic “esteve,” and the elegant Touriga Nacional. It’s a wonderfully balanced blend, clearly seeking harmony in the glass. Absolutely perfect with a generous cut of beef and roasted potatoes infused with rosemary.
