Description

Picked at their absolute peak of ripeness, these grapes – harvested by hand in 20kg boxes – undergo a meticulous selection process before a gentle pressing. The result is a deeply violet wine with a nose brimming with mineral notes alongside fresh cherry and wild berry fruit, underpinned by tobacco and a hint of cocoa. It’s remarkably fresh on the palate, boasting silky but firm tannins, and pairs beautifully with the robust flavours of traditional Portuguese dishes – think roasted meats, grilled sausages, and aged cheeses.
