This Carm from Casa Agricola Roboredo certainly isn't holding back. Produced without added sulphur, it’s a surprisingly full-bodied wine achieved through a rather aggressive maceration at 22°C, designed to extract every last drop of antioxidant goodness. A touch of chocolate from its 500L French oak barrel adds a subtle layer, and it’s recommended to decant it between 15-16°C – perhaps to appease the producer’s bold approach! Expect notes of black cherries and wild berries, and it’s a fantastic match for grilled meats, cheeses, or a delicious Mediterranean feast.
