“Casa Amarela Laura is a bold statement from the Douro, born from vines that have witnessed countless seasons. The grapes, over 75 years old, are traditionally foot-trodden at the *lagar*, imbuing the wine with both texture and soul. Following careful fermentation in oak, and a confident 14-month aging in French oak, this wine then spends a further 12 months in the bottle.
