Ripe red berry notes playfully intertwine with hints of violet, all underpinned by a subtle spice complexity. The tannins are present but remarkably soft, beautifully balancing a vibrant acidity – a testament to the generous contribution of Trincadeira, Aragonez and Touriga Nacional. Seriously, this would be superb with a hearty, slow-cooked beef.
