We are looking at a producer reborn from the ashes. He has come to stay and write a new story, but the house’s history is old, dating back to the 19th century when it was built. Great wines were born from this house and its vineyards. Who can forget the P63, once vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate had left the place “abandoned” to the world of wine, leaving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. Fate also brought a new owner, someone of refined taste and extreme dedication to doing and doing it well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, to write a new chapter in the house’s history and in the Dão region. The wines are excellent and made with rigor and an immense desire to do the best.
