We are looking at a producer who has risen from the ashes. He has come to stay and write a new story, but the house’s history is ancient, dating back to the 19th century when it was founded. Great wines were born from this house and its vineyards. Who can forget the P63, once vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate left it "abandoned" in the world of wine, leaving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. Fate also brought a new owner, a person of refined taste and extraordinary dedication to doing well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, to write a new chapter in the history of this house and the Dão region. The wines are excellent, crafted with rigor and an immense desire to do the best.
