Crafted with Tinta Amarela, Tinta Carvalha, and Baga, it’s fermented in concrete tanks and then aged for a full year in French oak, resulting in a remarkably structured wine with firm tannins – a promise of exceptional aging potential. It clearly favours a contemplative life in the cellar, but undoubtedly deserves to be enjoyed with a perfectly grilled steak.
