This rosé from Casa de Sezim, made using the Bica method, is a delightfully bold and refreshing expression. The low-pressure fermentation really allows the Touriga Nacional to shine, lending a vibrant fruity aroma and that characteristic, bracing acidity so typical of Vinho Verde. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled fish or a vibrant berry salad – a surprisingly good match!
