Let’s just say this Planalto Reserva has spent a *lot* of time being meticulously studied – apparently, “deep” investigations were involved. The blend of Viosinho, Gouveio, and Moscatel was, predictably, carefully considered. It’s a wine that clearly wants to impress, and frankly, it deserves a good plate of grilled fish to go with it, or perhaps just a quiet moment to appreciate its pedigree.
