This wine clearly had a rather lengthy chat with some very ripe raspberries, resulting in a colour that practically begs to be admired. The Syrah and Aragonez lay down a spicy foundation, hinting at a truly intense experience. And, of course, the Touriga Nacional ensures that lingering finish – you certainly won’t be left wanting more. A genuine gem from the Lisboa region, it pairs wonderfully with a hearty roasted beef, but surprisingly well with aged cheeses too.
