The Castelo do Sulco Enólogo Selection rosé presents itself with a lovely pink hue, aromas and flavors of raspberries and strawberries. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and elegant. Quinta do Gradil has been referenced in Portuguese wine history since 1492. However, it was only in the 17th century that the vineyard and wine became part of the estate's economic activity. The decisive moment came in the 19th century, when Dona Maria do Carmo Romeiro da Fonseca inherited the Quinta do Gradil from her father, transforming it into a benchmark agricultural business focused on wine production.
