A Cova de la Raposa was the first plot that Raúl Pérez worked on separately in 2003, signalling the start of an era where the distinct character of each zone would begin to shape the wines. It is a rugged enclave at the end of the sandy vein that cuts through the village of Valtuille. Thanks to this unique terroir and the Bierzo climate, the red wine achieves a flawless balance between aromatic concentration and lively acidity.
