Clearly drawing inspiration from the strength and resilience of the Sioux leader, the winemaking, with its French oak influence and careful fermentation, really amplifies those dark fruit and spice notes, announced by a wonderfully deep aroma. On the palate, you get a firm structure and a lasting freshness, finishing with a long, demanding note – a wine that demands respect, but rewards you with a genuinely unforgettable experience.
