This wine bursts with a vibrant lime-citrus character, practically guaranteeing a bright start. It’s driven by a powerful maracuja (passionfruit) note, beautifully balanced by the classic acidity and refreshment of the Sauvignon Blanc. There’s a subtle hint of asparagus – a lovely nod to the soils of the Lisboa region. Seriously lively on the palate with a good structure and a long, satisfying finish. Wonderful with fresh oysters or grilled white fish.
