Chateau Canon Saint-Émilion Tinto

Description

Château Canon is a particularly sophisticated and elegantly dressed Saint-Emilion. Its nose is intensely rich, offering cherry sweetness and kirsch-like nuances (without heaviness or excessive fruit maturation), all lifted by a fresh balsamic note that gives it a very distinctive character. The body is so intense that aging in new barrels – vanilla or toasted undertones, which are already very subtle at this stage – does not interfere with the fruit presence. Perfectly ripe, the grapes here fully echo the terroir.
