Lenz M. Moser is the driving force here, overseeing every detail, including the seven French oak barriques (mostly second or third-use) aging the wine for 18 months within the castle’s ‘cave’. It’s a significant time investment, with Lenz himself visiting the estate five times a year, totaling roughly three months of dedicated work.
