Bottles of older wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is expected given their age. The National Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always maintains the visual appearance that comes with their age. We select brands/regions that typically reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed in a bottle, is subject to various evolutions over time. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, as this will help release its natural aromas after so many years of being sealed.
