This rosé from Château Saint-Maur Saint-M certainly seems to have taken a rather understated approach. The grapes weren’t aggressively de-stemmed, allowing the Syrah, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics to remain subtly veiled. The stainless steel aging ensures a refreshing quality that contrasts nicely with the potential for a more layered complexity – a delightful pairing with grilled fish or a berry salad, wouldn’t you agree?
