**Pêra‑Grave** A red wine with a distinctive mouthfeel, on par with wines in considerably higher price ranges. It presents well‑defined tannins and a touch of rusticity and austerity. It is a wine that is very enjoyable to savor, full of personality and strong, well‑expressed aromas. **Pêra‑Grave Reserva** Born in Alentejo, Évora, at Quinta São José de Peramanca. **Winemaking** After 48 hours of cold maceration to enrich the must with primary aromas, fermentation took place over 10 days at 24 °C, with delestage to facilitate the extraction of color and tannins that contribute to the wine’s body and mouthfeel.
