It is the result of rigorous, meticulous work on a 14‑hectare vineyard cultivated according to sustainable viticulture principles, known as “the jewel of Sigalas.” An exacting, hand‑picked selection, grape‑by‑grape, of exclusively botrytised grapes, carried out between September and November, gives the great Sigalas Rabaud its enormous complexity.
