This Churchill’s Estates, rooted in the heart of the Douro with Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, certainly isn't afraid to be bold. Half of the batch spends time in French oak, both new and old barrels, aiming to beautifully balance the intensity of the grapes with ripe fruit notes. The other half stays true to its roots, delivering a vibrant and concentrated character – a truly delightful pairing with a grilled beef dish and a rich red wine reduction.
