“This Cistus Concilivm, hailing from the Douro, took a rather ‘refined’ path for a white wine. Following an initial fermentation in stainless steel, it opted for a touch of elegance – and a generous 10 months in French oak barrels, of course. The Malvasia Fina lends its characteristic floral notes, while the Rabigato delivers a welcome burst of freshness. Perfect alongside freshly grilled fish or perhaps a roasted chicken infused with fragrant herbs.”
