This Cockburns Ruby Soho is a real burst of colour and flavour – as if the hot, sun-drenched conditions of the Douro Valley have bottled up every ounce of its character. Blackcurrant and toffee intertwine on the nose, while the red and black fruit flavours are intensely expressive, clearly reflecting the use of the ‘Vinhas Velhas’ grape variety and its perfect harmony with the local terroir.
