Description

This Coelheiros is a wine that doesn’t play it safe. Driven by the vigour of Aragonez, it’s beautifully tempered by the smoothness of Alicante Bouschet – a truly harmonious blend. The result is a round, complex wine with a surprisingly bold character, enhanced by barrel ageing which lends a wonderfully velvety texture. Expect ripe red fruit aromas with smoky nuances, and a long, persistent finish. A wine that seamlessly blends tradition with modern winemaking, and justly awarded 90 points by Robert Parker. Excellent with grilled beef or a good steak, naturally.
