This Colares Chardonnay, straight from the São Lourenço vineyard in Bairrada, seems to have been crafted with a light and elegant meal in mind. It’s fantastic with grilled fish or seafood, but possesses enough character to be enjoyed as an aperitivo – a lovely expression of the Chardonnay grape, subtly influenced by the unique terroir of the region.
