This Antão Vaz from Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection certainly seems to have been enjoying a long, luxurious pause before bottling. After the grapes were picked, they spent a considerable time aging “in vinimatics” at a cool 12°C, followed by a trip to a temperature-controlled cellar – a truly pampered upbringing! The result is a meticulously crafted white wine, where temperature and time are undeniably the stars. Absolutely brilliant with grilled white fish or a seafood salad; the wine’s lightness beautifully complements the freshness of the dish.
