Conde d'Ervideira This wine is born from a blend of carefully selected varieties, crafted to create a unique, exclusive, and truly passionate experience. The Water Wine is a submerged wine, benefiting from the unique conditions of the underwater environment — constant temperature, absence of light, high pressure, and the gentle movement of the waters — to influence and refine its maturation in an extraordinary way. Stage: Its complexity and persistence are achieved through early aging in French oak barrels. Afterwards, the wine is bottled and submerged in the tranquil waters of Alqueva, resting at a depth of 30 metres for 8 months to reach its full potential.
