The Códega brings a touch of rustic tradition, while the Arinto provides a vibrant acidity – almost a cheeky challenge. And the Aragonez adds body, balanced out by a refreshing Rabigato. Seriously, this would be fantastic with a proper, hearty roast – a wine with enough presence to really hold its own.
