Crasto Denomination of Origin: Douro DOC Vinification: 85 % Touriga Nacional, 15 % Tinta Roriz. The grapes, sourced from selected plots, were transported in 22 kg crates and subjected to a rigorous sorting process. After destemming and gentle pressing, only the “mosto lágrima” (the first clear juice) was used, cold‑decanted for 48 hours and fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled 14 °C for 30 days. Aging: 3 months in stainless‑steel tanks, with partial bâtonnage over fine lees.
