Winemaking: The grapes, sourced from our estate Quinta da Cabreira in the Douro Superior sub‑region, were brought to the winery in plastic crates and rigorously inspected on a sorting table upon arrival. The grapes were then fully destemmed and lightly crushed. Afterwards, the must was transferred to temperature‑controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then undergoes a 12‑month aging period in French oak barrels.
