Winemaking: The grapes, sourced from our Quinta da Cabreira estate in the Douro Superior sub-region, were transported to the winery in plastic crates and rigorously inspected on a sorting table upon arrival. The grapes were then fully destemmed and lightly crushed. The must was subsequently transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
