Born on the gentle slopes of Alentejo, between the Serra de Montesinho and the Tejo River, this Crono Tinta Amarela demonstrates that understated elegance is entirely possible. Crafted primarily with Trincadeira and relying on minimal intervention – a truly neighbourly approach – it bursts with freshness and balance, like a sea breeze. The use of *dorno* fermentation with carbon maceration expertly preserves its distinct identity. Only carefully selected bunches, hand-harvested, are employed, resulting in a wine with a truly singular profile. It’s perfect enjoyed on its own or with friends, particularly alongside a selection of cheeses and cured meats, or perhaps a barbecue – whatever takes your fancy.
