Following a meticulously hand-harvested grape selection, the fruit is gently crushed with an awareness of the stakes. A precisely timed maceration (15 days, to be exact!) extracts the colour and tannins from the Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet grapes with exceptional care. As the CARMIM, boasting already impressive 250 awards, knows best, this wine – which has itself received numerous accolades – carries the weight of that established reputation.
