The blend – 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec – benefits from maturation in biodynamic oak barrels, with a touch of new wood adding a delightful complexity. With the potential to age beautifully for up to 50 years, and a limited production of just 2880 cases, this is a wine destined for a collector’s cellar. It pairs wonderfully with grilled beef and a robust blue cheese – a truly indulgent combination!
