A naturally sweet white made from Chenin Blanc in a very limited production, crafted in the Jura paille style – that is, letting the grapes passify on racks before vinification. Sought after by many collectors and connoisseurs, this is the first wine of this style produced in South Africa, now in its twenty‑second vintage.
