There’s also ripe cherry and a hint of caramel, suggesting a considerable period spent in oak. On the palate, it’s a full-bodied and luscious wine, hinting at a truly decadent molasses tart – fit for a king, indeed. A perfect pairing? Dark chocolate, to really amplify that mischievous sweetness.
