Dez Tostões Branco is a clay‑limestone terroir white wine made from the Antão Vaz grape. It offers a harmony of freshness, vivacity, and elegant fruitiness, a result of the vineyard practices, while the winemaking imparts a gastronomic, structured, and rounded profile. The harvest is highly selective and is performed at night, with grapes packed in 20‑kg crates. The grapes are pressed directly, without crushing, and undergo natural decoloration. The wine then undergoes a long fermentation at 12 °C, with 80 % carried out in stainless‑steel tanks and 20 % in barrels.
